Two domains serve the same pages, bbdbuy.com and bbdbuyeu.com, and the first declares the second as its main host in its robots file. An interface banner mentions a major upgrade without a date. None of this proves service quality, but it does mean a buyer can identify who is responsible. Readers in Romania and Portugal will also find the interface in Romanian and Portuguese (Brazil), alongside English, French, German, Italian, Chinese and Spanish. Three themes recur in the positive reviews: low shipping, QC photos and Discord support. They are consistent with the published rules. The warehouse takes three free photos on arrival (the homepage says three to five), which lets you spot a wrong colour or size before paying for international shipping. Purchasing carries no service fee on general platforms such as Taobao, Tmall and 1688, so the cost sits in freight, ¥8 handling and a ¥10–30 declaration.

2. Pay per order, by card where you can. BBDBuy's PayPal notice says fees there were raised and that any amount paid in through PayPal must be used immediately.
3. Look at the three free QC photos before authorising shipping, and use the return window of 5 days (120 hours) after "Warehoused" if something is wrong. A return costs ¥5 plus both shipping legs, the seller must agree, and underwear and socks are excluded.
4. Keep the order number and screenshots of the shipping line you selected.
5. Join Discord only from the link on BBDBuy's own site and never send money through direct messages.

Protection if a parcel goes wrong
