Short answer: bbdbuye.com is an independent guide in French, Italian and English. It is not owned by BBDBuy and has no link with Shenzhen Baobaoda. Every figure comes from a public source named on the page, with the date it was read. When something is not published, the page says so instead of guessing.

What this site does

It explains how the BBDBuy shopping agent works for buyers in Romania, Portugal, Germany, the US and the rest of Europe: which website is the real one, which fees are fixed, how EU duty, handling fees and VAT stack up, and what to do when a parcel stalls. The photo grid shows items from an external catalogue; this site sells nothing and takes no payments.

What it is not

bbdbuye.com is not BBDBuy's website and is not endorsed by BBDBuy. BBDBuy's own European site is bbdbuyeu.com. There are no accounts, logins or BBDBuy customer service here. Start from the English home page or the review.

How pages are made

  • BBDBuy's rules are read in its public help centre and dated.
  • Customs rules come from official EU and national sources; exchange rates from the European Central Bank.
  • Worked examples are recomputed by script before publishing; unpublished shipping prices are never invented.
  • Each page is re-checked by a second reviewer who did not write it.
